Rachell Caruso, MSN, FNP-C

FOUNDER

Welcome to my practice! My name is Rachell Caruso and I am a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. My extensive background encompasses 12 years of experience as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, specifically within obstetrics and gynecology. I have also worked in pediatrics for several years which I thoroughly enjoyed. Finally, I have had extensive training in aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, as well as plasma rich protein, radio frequency therapy, and hormone replacement therapy. I am trilingual, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I am happily married for 16 years and we have two teenagers. My approach to patient care revolves around holistic wellness. I firmly believe that the path to optimal health is paved with sound nutrition, preventative care, and active engagement in one’s own health journey. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exercising, and spending time with my family. Thank you for considering my practice as your partner in health. Dr Caruso has helped me so much! I get sinus infections a few times a year, it always seems to really hit me on a weekend or holiday, I used to spend over $300 just to walk into urgent care and wait for hours & sometimes not get the right medication and have to come back later—but then I started going here it is so much more affordable & I can get seen & get Rx called in right in front of me then pick it up less than an hour later! It’s amazing. She is very caring and sympathetic, I wish all drs were like her. I asked about Botox for migraine bc I get tension headaches and TMJ pain that turns into a migraine. She explained it to me and we did a conservative first treatment. I started to feel so much better just a few days later, my sinus pain and migraines and TMJ pain went away and I was finally pain free. I didn’t realize how much the pain affected me until it went away! I went to other drs for years and they never even tried something like this to help me. I wish I knew sooner!

I love this place Rachell Caruso the ARNP is it’s fantastic. I was sick with a cough and a sore throat. I was referred to her by one of my Brazilian friends and she was great.
She speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English took fantastic care of me. I was at a deer in 45 minutes with all my prescriptions in my physical evaluation.
For sure if I’m ever in Tampa and I’m sick this is the first place that I call.
I’m Brazilian Catholic priest, and from time to time I go to America.
