Welcome to my practice! My name is Rachell Caruso and I am a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. My extensive background encompasses 12 years of experience as a registered nurse in the hospital setting, specifically within obstetrics and gynecology. I have also worked in pediatrics for several years which I thoroughly enjoyed. Finally, I have had extensive training in aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, as well as plasma rich protein, radio frequency therapy, and hormone replacement therapy. I am trilingual, in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I am happily married for 16 years and we have two teenagers. My approach to patient care revolves around holistic wellness. I firmly believe that the path to optimal health is paved with sound nutrition, preventative care, and active engagement in one’s own health journey.  In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exercising, and spending time with my family.
